WW 790 Exterior Wood Fire Retardant

WW 790 is a non-toxic, biodegradable fire retardant for use on untreated exterior wood. It is effective as a topical application or can be used in the pressure treating process. WW 790 is formulated to make it resistant to not only termites, but also to weathering, allowing its use for exterior application. WW 790 has no formaldehyde or other toxic components as in traditional exterior fire retardant chemicals. WW 790 when used in conjunction with the FR 450 sealer provides the ultimate in an exterior fire retardant treatment.

WW 790 fire retardant when applied to any unsealed wood surface reduces the wood's ability to support flame. WW 790 with special surfactants (wetting agents) allows it to penetrate deeply into the wood, while resisting moisture and humidity. WW 790 is an ideal product for exterior applications, especially when top coated with the FR 450 sealer to create a "Class A" rating.

Application: Can be brushed, sprayed or dipped.
