Our own non-flammable Fire Retardant Poly Black Roof Coat is used on all types of roofs such as: tar paper, composition, primed and unprimed metal, gravel, concrete, polyurethane foam and wood. It can also be used for coating and sealing air-conditioning and heating ducts, tanks for corrosion control and below grade concrete. The adhesion of this product is unexcelled and if punctured by nails or rocks, reseals itself. It does not become hard and brittle like asphalt, even in temperatures of 32° F. It is a water barrier and metal rust preventing coating that is also a perfect coating to seal and waterproof, when used under our Poly White Roof Coat.
